Tricone Projects India Limited (“TPIL”) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tricone Development Singapore
Pte. Ltd. (“TDSPL”), which is an investment holding company with investments in real estate in India.
TDSPL had invested in two verticals in India namely: i) integrated residential townships under TPIL,
and ii) Hospitality business under Antarctica Properties Company Limited (“APCL”) for serviced apartments,
commercial and retail space, of which the hospitality business under APCL was hived off in November 2015.
TPIL has successfully converted up to 265 acres of land parcels for residential townships across
different geographies in India, in a compliant fashion, rezoned it for mixed development including
plotted units, commercial & retail spaces, group housing and various amenities including schools,
clubs etc. TPIL’s current portfolio primarily consists of five land parcels of which three are at Indore and one
each in Patiala and Ludhiana at various stages of implementation. Of the total five land
parcels, two are ongoing and currently being developed as plotted land projects while three are at land stage.
